Order Cancellation:
We will ship your unit out approximately one (1) business days after
your initial order if the item is in stock. You should receive your
unit within 7-10 days after leaving our warehouse through UPS or Fedex Ground services considering there are
no delays with the shipping company or with any weather conditions. To cancel an order, please call 1-800-914-9775 indicating your intention to cancel an order.
Depending on how much time has elapsed since you placed your order, it might be possible that we've already shipped the product to you. If your order has been shipped, you may need to return it to us or pay for the return shipping. Read our return policy for more information about returning an item.
Please check your order status before requesting cancellation.
