Cancellation & returns
SMALL PACKAGE SHIPMENTS
Expect small packages between 1 and 10 business days, not including the 1 to 3 business days of processing time. For inquiries on expediting your order, please contact Customer Service.
Orders for large or heavy items ship via a trucking carrier. We offer free shipping on all retail orders. Freight delivery is typically 2 to 7 business days, allow extra time for remote locations. The Freight Carrier or Tucking company will contact you to set up anappointment time before delivering. Expedited shipping is not available for oversized items.
Once your product leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a link to the freight carrier’s website and the tracking number. Tracking numbers take 1 business day to update.
We are able to ship internationally to Canada. Shipping costs will be automatically added to your order when you are checking out. Customer is responsible for applicable duties and taxes. We can recommend a broker to expedite this process. Please give us a call and we will gladly walk you through the process.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is obvious damage, please let the freight carrier know that you would like to refuse the package and note the damages on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 72 hours to report the damage, by either e-mail or phone. Please retain all original boxes and packaging.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled minus all shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15%. The grace period to return a product is 20 calendar days from when the product leaves our warehouse. The product must be in its original condition including packaging materials, crates, boxes and all pamphlets. After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 30 days of it leaving our warehouse.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs; those charges will be deducted from your refund. Damaged packages shipped back to us can incur a restocking fee up to 25%. To prevent this fee, return the product in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam. We will provide a refund minus the shipping costs and restocking fee in the same manner the order was placed; if you purchased with a credit card, you will be refunded on the same card.
